The ELEVATE Pull-up™ utilizes incline bodyweight resistance to assist users in doing a proper pull-up to strengthen the muscles of the upper body. Built on an adjustable incline with seven levels to select from, the ELEVATE Pull-up allows users to lift approximately 30 percent to 60 percent of their own bodyweight.

How It Works

2. Select Flex at Checkout
Choose "Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout. You may have to select 'alternative payment options' to make this visible, especially if you are already signed into a payment provider.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
