Private Pilates™ warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. The wooden main frame is guaranteed for 10 years, while the pipes are guaranteed for 2 years. Consumable materials are not covered under warranty. Any defects, flaws, or deformities in the ordered equipment must be reported to Private Pilates™ as soon as possible after discovery and, in any case, no later than 8 days from the date of delivery.
