The exclusive BASI Systems Cadillac-Reformer Combo is smooth in movement with powerful adjustability in a space-saving design. Use it as a Reformer with the innovative BASI Enhanced Pulley System (EPS) for fine-tuning control of the pulley angle and the expanded gear system for precision in spring resistance settings.
With the largest carriage cushion and the longest track in the industry, the BASI Systems' Combo apparatus offers unprecedented comfort and range of motion. Use it as a Reformer, Reformer with Tower or convert it to a Cadillac for full trapeze functionality and ultimate flexibility in spring positioning. The Reformer Combo comes with four prepared ports to easily accommodate the F2 System upgrade. Extension legs offer the height option to best suit your space and training style.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
