Materials and natural wood characteristics
Constructed from high-quality FSC-certified maple wood, the NX3 MAX Reformer showcases the natural beauty and character of real wood. Variations in grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, patches, and other naturally occurring markings are unique characteristics of the material and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
These variations do not affect the quality, performance, or structural integrity of the equipment and fall within Merrithew’s manufacturing standards. Products will not be replaced due to naturally occurring wood characteristics, including knots, patches, or biscuits.
Warranty
The NX3 MAX Reformer is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Merrithew’s standard Reformer warranty program. Upholstery coverage is 90 days.

Choose "Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout. You may have to select 'alternative payment options' to make this visible, especially if you are already signed into a payment provider.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
