This exceptional chair is equipped with adjustable handles and a total of 8 springs, offering numerous settings to provide precise spring tension for your exercises. With the ability to spring the pedal from both above and below, you can enjoy added resistance in both directions, allowing for a wider variety of exercises. The pedal can also be easily separated by removing the wooden dowel bar, enabling split pedal work.
The Pilates Chair's removable handles are designed for convenience and adjustability, allowing you to customize their height effortlessly using a single 'twist and pull' knob. The handles offer three adjustable height settings at 50, 47, and 44 inches, accommodating different user preferences and exercise requirements.
