The Elina Pilates Spine Corrector provides three (3) different arc sizes, together with the Spine Corrector base. Simply, choose which of the three arc sizes you require, then insert it into the Spine Corrector base to achieve either a low, mid or high arc. Enables the user to stretch and strengthen the abdominal and back. Additionally a multitude of exercises can be performed to stabilize, stretch and strengthen the shoulders, hip flexors, pelvic-lumbar region, hip abductors and hamstrings.
