The Merrithew™ Spring Wall (Jet Black) unit is ideal for facilities with limited space, exercises on this wall-mounted unit can be done standing, kneeling, sitting, side-lying, supine or prone. Use with raised exercise mat for floor exercises (sold separately). Comes equipped with a full complement of springs, handles and a roll-down bar. Great for everyone from elite athletes to rehabilitation clients.

Choose "Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout. You may have to select 'alternative payment options' to make this visible, especially if you are already signed into a payment provider.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
