The Elina Pilates Postural Wedge is an accessory designed to provide support and comfort during Pilates practice. It is placed between the shoulder rests of the Reformer, allowing for a slight incline to assist clients with shoulder, neck, or facial injuries, or those experiencing dizziness or postural patterns that make lying supine difficult.
Additionally, the wedge is widely used to support pregnant women during Pilates exercises. It is placed under the hips to align the spine and pelvis, helping to relieve pressure and discomfort in the lower back and hips. This accessory is a valuable tool for pregnant women who want to stay fit safely and comfortably during pregnancy through Pilates practice.

2. Select Flex at Checkout
Choose "Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout. You may have to select 'alternative payment options' to make this visible, especially if you are already signed into a payment provider.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
