The SWING is the proprioceptive plyo-box that allows you to perform monopodal exercises with instability perturbations produced by horizontal oscillations of the surface.
The SWING consists of two surfaces connected to each other through special chains that allow the oscillation of one surface over the other.
Thanks to the uniqueness of the LITE® mechanism, it is possible to adjust the oscillation of the platform so as to customize the training difficulty according to the person.
The versatile design and the quick oscillation swing adjustment system make the SWING suitable for any type of exercise and athlete/patient.

Choose "Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method during checkout. You may have to select 'alternative payment options' to make this visible, especially if you are already signed into a payment provider.

3. Confirm Your Eligibility
You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA.
4. Enter Your HSA/FSA Card Details to Save Instantly!
From there, pay securely — enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout with a regular credit or debit card.
A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) as well as an itemized receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
